What is Iridology?
As a young Canadian girl 10yrs of age, my family moved from Vancouver, BC to the starry kingdom of Los Angeles California in the early sixties. It was November of 1964 and it was a warm balmy day and I was fascinated with the tall stick trees that had tops looking like pineapples (palm trees!)
Fast forward to my teens, living right in the heart of Hollywood, very close to many well-known musicians, in fact, Joni Mitchell lived up the street from me in the infamous Laurel Canyon and Michael Jackson’s brother Tito married my girlfriend.
Those were the fun and wild times living in the era of rock and roll, Woodstock, hippies (I certainly was one!). I wasn’t interested much in school, spent more time hiking the Hollywood hills, actually under the original Hollywood sign, minimally clothed, with my beloved white german shepherd dog, Spirit!
My mother used to say get your head out of the clouds, however, I loved it there, finding as many places to be in nature even though living in a city environment.
At age 18, a turning point for me, I began my own studious adventures into metaphysics, yoga, eating natural foods, and studying eastern philosophy and psychology. I had a deep interest in the human psyche and humanity.
Years later I moved to Colorado and stepped much further into the holistic healing arts with individualized studies in nutrition, herbology, counseling, aromatherapy, flower essences, Iridology, and hypnotherapy.
I had my beautiful daughter at age 28, then nine years later my son was born. I say they are my organically grown kids!
At age 62 my husband and I moved to the east coast to Massachusetts. My daughter moved here and got married then had twins. We both knew we couldn’t be apart from each other, so we also made the move.
Being adaptable and a believer in creating and manifesting, I started my business over which felt like scratch. I didn’t know anyone other than my daughter and husband and within 2yrs my business and social contact skyrocketed!
It’s now 5yrs later and another move…..we bought a magical home towards western Massachusetts and now starting a new community. Well, it’s only been two weeks and my world is filled with new clients and new acquaintances. I like to move fast and connect with humanity!
Out of all my healing modalities, my foundational system is Iridology, which is an analysis tool analyzing the iris of the eye for physical and emotional health. It’s like the blueprint of your whole system. Three generations of ancestry can be seen, as well as predispositions, so preventative measures may be taken. It can show where there are nutritional deficiencies and also show one’s strengths.

I use Iridology, which is an innovative assessment tool to analyze the iris of the eye for emotional, personality, and health conditions. Iridology is a great access point to gain more depth into the root cause of physical and emotional issues. Genetic markings are shown in the iris that reflect at least three generations in a family’s history as well as pre-dispositions.
I will guide you through a safe gentle process called, Hypno-Core-Release to uncover the underlying cause of physical and emotional pain. Emotions are the gateway to the soul. Opening into the core of your emotions is where you will find peace and freedom, which then brings cellular healing and a shift in the neurotransmitters of the brain. This creates positive responses rather than reactions or triggers.
I have been in private practice since 1982 and I reside in Carlisle MA. I work with individuals and couples. My husband Eric and I co-facilitate Sacred Transformational Intimacy retreats for couples and I lead specialized empowerment retreats for women.
