When I started to consider make-up options for my wedding 3 years ago, I realized I didn’t want to have my lashes and eyebrows tattooed. Not only because of the expensive price but because I felt a need to really feel and be myself as much as I possibly could on this special day. I’m not very good with routines but with the products and the possibilities I found in my quest for organic and non-harmful products, to improve and enhance my skin and looks, I really got into the process.
So here are the products I tried that worked for me, and completely met my expectations and beyond.

Week after week you can see your lashes and eyebrows getting darker, then thicker and longer. After 2 weeks, put some mascara on every other week to make sure they are not too long!
I was very happy with the result after 4 weeks but went on 2 more weeks. It lasts for months or years depending on your porosity in this area and if you remove any lashes and eyebrow make up before bedtime.
Tips:
- Apply before bedtime
- Put band-aids under your eyes to avoid staining your skin. I did it once because I had tears in my sleep and I saw a light stain from the lashes the following morning but nothing serious.
- It felt a little bit itchy after few days but I think it’s due to hair growth (just like on our legs when the hair grows back).
