A Little Motivation

Did you know that we think roughly 60,000 - 70,000 thoughts a day and 90% are the same thoughts as the day before and the day before that?  Crazy right? When we think the same things over and over, we are creating more of the same results over and over. 

When we focus on what we are lacking, or what's not going right on a daily basis.. We are creating more lack, more things that are going "wrong".

What we focus on grows. 

Having a daily practice of gratitude and focusing on what's going right.. You will create more things to be grateful for and an abundance of what is going right.
